How it works

A radar engine, with a human on the trigger.

Most lead services sell you a shared list. LeadRadar runs an AI research engine over public records in your market, and a human vets every result before you ever see it. Here is the whole pipeline.

1. The radar engine scans public signals

Every day, the engine sweeps your market for signals that a business will need your trade — before that business has started calling around. It reads:

Permits

New and amended building permits that imply mechanical, electrical or site work is coming.

Code violations

Building and fire-code violations with correction deadlines — work someone must buy soon.

Tenders & RFPs

Public tenders, RFQs and facility maintenance contracts posted by cities, schools and property managers.

Reviews & complaints

Review patterns that reveal failing equipment, chronic leaks or a facilities problem nobody has fixed.

Storm & inspection news

Storm damage reports, health inspections and recertification programs that put buildings on a clock.

2. A human verifies every lead

The engine surfaces candidates; it does not deliver them. A person reads the evidence, confirms the business is real and the problem is current, finds the decision-maker, and verifies contact details. Weak signals get discarded — you never see them. What survives is tiered really hot, hot or warm by urgency and evidence strength, and shipped with an outreach angle.

3. Your territory, not a shared list

A territory is your trade in your market — plumbing in Calgary, solar in Phoenix. We deliberately keep territories scarce so the leads we hand you are not being auctioned to five of your competitors at the same time. That is also why there is no self-serve signup: we review every application by hand, and if your territory is already taken we will tell you and offer a waitlist.

4. Start with 3 free hand-verified leads

Approved contractors get their first three leads free — full evidence, verified contacts, outreach angle, no card required. It is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether the radar fits your book of business.

5. A plan sized to your capacity

After the trial we agree a monthly plan built around how many jobs you can actually take on — not a one-size-fits-all tier. No contracts, cancel any time, and you only ever pay for leads a human verified.

Territories are limited by design.

The application takes about four minutes. We review every one by hand and reply within 1–2 business days.
